Airway Heights Prison

I have been invited for an interview at Airway Heights Prison next week. This is the first DOC job I have applied for. Just wondering what I should expect at the interview. They also told me I could be taking a Psycological test and could be at the prison most of the day. Any insight would be helpful. thanks.

Doug.

Re: Airway Heights Prison

You will have an oral interview panel with three or so people on it. They will ask you some basic questions and then a couple ethics related questions. If you pass that, you'll take a drug test. Then you will take a personality/psychological exam which is about 20 questions asked 40 different ways for 800 questions. This will be used by the psychologist to give you an oral interview...you pass this...you in. No PAT anymore so yea...good luck... Don't fret man, be truthful and honest and you should be good... (well given that your not a criminal...if you are...skip the whole thing )

Just relax and go the flow. Don't let the interviewers intimidate you and you should do fine. Listen to MCC8858 and be truthful and honest and carry that onto your new job.
