There's still the national agreement on the subject between the BOP & the union. So yes, you still have to follow it.

The management has failed to negotiate screening with the union. Everyone, except our Camp, is searched in a non consistent manner. Of course the camp is where the CO brought the gun in that started this thing but why should that matter? I always thought random days would be a good deterrent but that is just a thought.
