Local Occupational Tax

Hey Gunner I told you before.....according to what I was told by a certain LT's wife, there is nothing you all can do about that tax. The Congress person for this area at the time promised McCreary that if they allowed the prison to be built there he would make sure that the occupational tax was mandated by law......he put it in another bill as 'pork fat' and so you all are stuck....By federal law you are mandated to pay that tax because the government 'promised' that all federal employees working in McCreary would pay that tax in order to balance out the 'security and safety' fears.
