Daily Reports From The BOP

CPL33 has a daily reports section on their website but it consistently runs weeks behind. I got to thinking that maybe we could run one here and have a "Roll Call" so to speak to keep up with what is happening at BOP joints across the country. Lets try to stay as close as possible to the facts and omit inmate names for liability reasons. Since we can't seem to get any intel from anybody but each other I'll start:

6/30/08 USP LEW
10:18am Assitance call B-Blk. 2 white inmates fighting. Intoxicants involved.

6/30/08 USP LEW
1:15pm Assistance call A-Blk. 2 white inmates assault a 3rd white inmate. Intoxicants involved.

6/30/08 USP LEW
2:00pm Institution locked down after inmates were yelling for SHU to have Officers killed.

7/2/08 USP LEW
6:30am Institution lockdown lifted. Began feeding mainline.

4:28pm Assistance call C-Blk. @ surenos inmates stabbing 2 piasa inmates. Both inmates admitted to outside hopsital with chest wounds.

4:34pm Instition lockdown in effect.

8:08pm Asstance call B-blk. Cell fight 2 white inmates.

9:00am Assistance call SHU rec pens. Multiple fights between hispanic inmates in 3 seperate rec pens

2:08pm Assistance call SHU. Cell fight.

Dont know who or why, buy yesterday we had a fight on B-yard, they both ran into the B2 unit and were cuffed escorted to the Lt's Office after that.

We had an incident yesterday where and I/M walked into the officers station sat down in a chair and threw a note on the desk. The note instructed the female officer to follow his directions or he would rape her... her BA did not work so she had to call control for a staff assist.

My self and another officer were able to get him out into the corridor and applied restraints. I did not find out about the note until after he was out in the sallyport.

She should have quickly written a note and laid it down in front of him that read, "GO F-CK YOURSELF A$$HOLE!"

Just a verbal would have worked. What isn't in writing isn't as easily documented.
