There should be some kind of service the BOP or the Union provides that can prevent this kind of tragedy.
1-800-I Want To Sleep With an Inmate.
Counselors could help wayward staff in meeting up with horny people in the community. They could even have a list of people who like wearing handcuffs, so they will feel comfortable with the fact that the person they are about to screw can get up and leave.
