They need to start making an example of these inmates. Most of them know nothing is going to happen to them, so they just do what they want.

Heck were lucky if they get another 6 months in Seg. I'd like to see em get the book thrown at them.

Yet these inmates have rights so we dont know if they are HIV positive or not I think that they should have to wear signs. Admin. preaches be careful dont get stuck with a needle but yet we dont have the right to know if the inmates have a Deadly disaese or not. I have a family to think about the inmates dont take care of thier kids they dont have wives to worry about tranmitting some deadly disease to. maybe this will set a precedent of prosecuting these A$$ holes who spit or throw body fliuds on us.
