We could have UNICOR make their parachutes and the inmates could pack them. Hardly any cost at all!

We hold ICE detainess at my facility. I've seen some of these guys get the "cocktail" before their trip home. I don't understand why they don't want to go home. They are from some beautiful countries like Liberia, Sierra Leone and El Salvador.

We could save tons of fuel just by tossing them out but then when they hit the federalis would have to do thier job and clean up the mess.
