Take their shoes and socks and make them wear slippers. That would solve the lock in the sock and the soap in a sock problem.

You already got a warning, it's called being in a USP (Usually Shoot Prisoners). Maybe next time they should shoot both.

Folks. When you post an article in the Today's News section, please provide a link to the article or at least some indication of where the article came from.

First, the publisher of the article at least wants the credit for it since you aren't paying for it. Second, threads started in this section are moderated, meaning that a moderator or administrator must approve them and being approved puts them right in the middle of the homepage where they remain until they get bumped down the que by other approved posts.

So, for the sake of the credibility of PO.Org, provide a link or source information for the news articles you want posted in this section.

you know the sweet justice in all of this... THis is a public internet site. That inmates family can read this and get so heated because we are happy that their loved one was shot. Then they can complain to the inmate that we are saying what we are saying. Then he will truly know that he has no value to us other than a paycheck...

An inmate at the Big Sandy Federal Prison in Martin County is recovering after a shooting.
Officials say last Thursday, two inmates were assaulting another inmate and wouldn't stop when officers tried to separate them. Investigators say an officer fired a warning shot, and it hit one of them.

Officials say the inmate is being treated at a local hospital. The prison is on lockdown while they continue their investigation.

Turns out that the officer thought a warning shot was to wound them, the next shot is to kill them. Dunno about you, but it seems to me that getting wounded is one hell of a warning to stop doing what I'm doing.
