Wanted Suspect Considered Armed And Dangerous

This youth was released from Ohio's Juvenile prison where I work. It is Ohio Department of Youth Services's way a thinning out our population. They are releasing anywhere from 200 to 800 youthful offenders. below is an example of their stupidity.

The Cincinnati Police Department is asking for help finding a man they consider to be armed and dangerous.

Police said 18-year-old Jamarr Harshaw robbed the Perkins Lounge in the 3500 block of Montgomery Road on March 21.

Harshaw allegedly threatened the owner and an employee with an assault riffle. He also is accused of threatening a third female victim with a firearm. Harshaw is wanted for felonious assault, along with other misdemeanor and traffic warrants.

Jamarr Harshaw is described as 5'6" and 254 pounds with brown eyes. His last known address was on Oak Street and he frequents the area of Evanston.

Police have asked anyone with information about Harshaw to call Crime Stoppers at (513)352-3040 or text at (513)352-3040. Callers may remain anonymous and may receive compensation for information.

Having worked for the DRC I am not surprised, another Cincinnati role model. I'll bet he goes to Noble when they catch him. They seem to be the Cincinnati dumping grounds for under 21.
