I find it much better to tell them to their face what I think of them or what they really are!!! It is so much more satisfying to tell a loser to their face they are a loser!!! Then they do not have a papr trail!

I know your off duty behavior can be a reflection on the agency you work for, but sometimes various agencies (not just the BOP) get a little carried away. Talking about "confidential" information is always bad, but that label gets placed on stuff that isn't really confidential. Talking about what happened at an incident shouldn't be confidential. Talking about lack of equipment shouldn't be confidential. Talking about how many officers are at posts that inmates/public don't have contact with (towers come to mind) could and probably should be confidential. I guess it boils down to, how likely are people to find out anyway without us having to tell them, that should dictate it's confidentiality.
