Finally Have My Glynco date but..........
I am scheduled to go to fletc from Jan.20- Feb. 5. Now I was under the impression that the training was a full 3 weeks, but since I will only be down there 15 days including weekends, there is no possible way that is correct unless we will be attending training on the weekends as well.

I haven't had a chance to ask our HR people about this yet as I just noticed this today. During IF they told us that a few years ago they were so backed up at fletc that they were forcing people through without a single day off, but I was told they had stopped doing that years ago.

Your training will be 13 days with travel on Monday and Friday. No training has been conducted on the weekends in years.... Good luck...

You must be in what they call a holiday class. If you start on Wednesday then you will travel on Tuesday and fly home on Saturday of the third week.. I don't know how they compensate you for the Saturday travel but I am sure you do get compensated.

No they are runnng classes on Saturdays and Sundays now. The only time you get a day of at FLETC now is if your training falls on a holiday...

Wrong, wrong, wrong,,,, don't tell'em that. There has not been training on Saturday and Sunday at FLETC in quite a while. Deadman, you won't be training on the weekend... I have this from a very reliable source.
