why the mass hiring?
Tomorrow is my final day of IF at fort dix. my class is 5 co's..They already have a the next If class scheduled with just 5 c.o.'s... the lady told us when that class ends the already pulled the list for an IF class after that for another 5 co's

so why do they need 15 new c.o's in a month and half? lol

they told us that like 30% of the staff are on probationary period. we have over 600 staff members so that alot.
