My First Hands on
Well this morning on midnight shift I had my first hands on with an inmate that was housed in medical. He hadn't taken his psych medication in a couple of weeks. I don't want to get into too many details but it ended up going hands on. I/M got sent to the hospitol, I came home on time

I'll second that on getting home. You can never underestimate how an I/M with psych issues is going to be from one moment to the next.

Had a guy in a Medium DU that decided he wanted air conditioning so he tried to cut off his own balls. used the razor from the disposable and sliced his scrotum from top to bottom.

It was messy.

And this fool isn't even on the mental unit.
