Years of doing this job doesn't have a thing to do with it. Respect is earned ----not only experience but knowledge and common sense..............................There are a couple people that have many years in that occasionally post on here (according to them) that I think are total tools-------------and wouldn't want to work with them. I'll take you as a cellblock partner any day.

I think you know I respect your opinions. We don't have to agree on everything to understand where each other is coming from.....................but we normally are pretty close in our opinions.

.I think you know by now from my posting style that the day I don't use a bit of humor.........(or when I don't use a bit of humor toward SOMEONE) I am usually piZZEed.
