Strangest Letter I Ever Received
I received this today, addressed to 'Resident' at my address. I know it's just a ploy for money, but it is really bizarre. Do any of you see this kind of thing often? Do tax dollars go to mail this crap?

David Farren (If you google him) writes books about the occult and apparently does reviews for LA Times. The writer looks like they quoted the beginning of one of his reveiews.

Your best bet to decipher would to take it to someone who runs an occult bookstore, I've looked into all the runic alphabets cant seem to find the m looking thing, as for it covering numbers not sure what that means either.
