We in the great state of Missouri have been calling them offenders for ten years give or take. In the prisons that is. Probation and Parole refers to them as "clients." I say when they sign my check or pay for me services, they can be called clients. Oh wait, would that be prostitution? No, I guess not since I wouldn't be having sex. lol

First I heard about it. That will be great fun at the USPs.

Just from what I heard. Someone at the top was thinking of calling the inmates clients so they wouldn't feel so bad about being in prison. Afetr I gave my 2 cents the conversation was changed.
I'm a hack with over 20 years of butting heads with the bad guys and still have 9 years before I can retirer. I just don't see myself calling them anything other then what they are. THUGS INMATES and A$$holes
