I just saw this message on my Myspace from a co-worker and fellow officer.

He gave his life to his country, The United States of America, on it's most significant day. If he had to go there was no more noble way. May he rest in peace.

I saw a few posts on Twitter claiming that this was a HOAX. Apparently these people claimed that only the Marines were operating in the area and that the DOD won't fly a family across the country to be there when the body arrives. They also claim it is a marketing ploy.
