It just shows that there is still some patriotism left in this country.
I do believe all fallen military deserve this. To some they are just numbers.
Expendable. I would like to break those peoples knees.
I would like to see what your honest opinion is on this.
Write a little something on what you felt about the vid or what you think about
our service men and women. Now we are getting out of Iraq and going in strong to Afghanistan. Coming from a guy that has been to both places. I would rather be in Iraq. I did not have fun in Afghan land. Much more dangerous. So just keep the Military members in your thoughts.

Thanks Ian

A Hero's Salute - SSG John Beale

Here is the email that was attached to the vid.

All of our fallen Hero's should be treated with this same respect. God bless this great Country!!!!

Re: Absolutely Amazing Please Look at this!!!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU SSG BEALE FOR YOUR SACRIFICE.

That is a beautiful video and well worth every second of the 12 minutes to watch.
Our heros cannot be honored enough and should be honored when they are alive as well.

Now.... I owe a hero an apology, whom I have said something very hurtful and disrespectful to a few years ago, when I was a liberal scumbag and I will apologize to him now from the very bottom of my heart and beg his forgiveness.

GOD BLESS OUR HEROS, WE WILL SEE YOU AGAIN ONE DAY.

Re: Absolutely Amazing Please Look at this!!!

I sit here now with tears rolling down my cheeks. Its so sad that it takes a moment like this to make us remember. I have many friends and family in Iraq and Afghanistan right now. And although I worry and think about them often it takes something like this to make me remember exactly what they are willing to do for me. My father will walk up to anyone in uniform and shake their hand and thank them. Don't let the ones who make their final trip home like this be the only ones remembered. They are all fighting for us and although not all give their lives they all give a piece of their lives.

Thumbs up Re: Absolutely Amazing Please Look at this!!!

Wow that was incredible to watch and see all the support. As said, every one should have a reception on return. God bless his family and all the soldiers still out there. I am sure the people of the US does appreciate it.

It is good to see all standing together and showing support.

For me there is reasons to fight and why every one is doing it is only known to that person. Would say to every one, keep up the good work and thoughts are with every one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

God bless all.

Talking Re: Absolutely Amazing Please Look at this!!!

I like the first song on the video, good and true words.

I'm just trying to be a father,
Raise a daughter and a son,
Be a lover to their mother,
Everything to everyone.
Up and at 'em bright and early,
I'm all business in my suit,
Yeah, I'm dressed up for success from my head down to my boots,
I don't do it for the money, there's bills that I can't pay,
I don't do it for the glory, I just do it anyway,
Providing for our future's my responsibility,
Yeah I'm real good under pressure, being all that I can be,
And I can't call in sick on Mondays when the weekend's been too strong,
I just work straight through the holidays,
And sometimes all night long.
You can bet that I stand ready when the wolf growls at the door,
Hey, I'm solid, hey I'm steady, hey I'm true down to the core,
And I will always do my duty, no matter what the price,
I've counted up the cost, I know the sacrifice,
Oh, and I don't want to die for you,
But if dying's asked of me,
I'll bear that cross with honor,
'Cause freedom don't come free.
2x-I'm an American soldier, an American,
Beside my brothers and my sisters I will proudly take a stand,
When liberty's in jeopardy I will always do what's right,
I'm out here on the front lines, sleep in peace tonight.
American soldier, I'm an American,
An American,
An American Soldier

Re: Absolutely Amazing Please Look at this!!!

This Georgia community preformed above and beyond for one of its own that gave the ultimate sacrifice. This is the kind of reception that all of our soldiers, sailors, and Marines should come home. Please, do not forget those in your own communities that return. Some of the ones that survive will have as many if not more problems than the families of those that do not. Show them your support each and everyday.

With a Son as a Marine serving in Iraq, this really touches me. Let us not ever forget those that have served or currently serving our country.

Re: Absolutely Amazing Please Look at this!!!

Damn! I hate crying on a Friday morning! Both myself and my wife are vets, my father, son, brother, nephew and so many friends from the past who are no longer around to say thanks to.

I've had Tink's son on my churches military prayer list for some time and will continue to pray for him and all the others.

About now things look bleak for Our Country, but I believe, to my very core, that we will prevail, despite the efforts of some to destroy us.

May God Bless Us, One and All
