Corrections Officer t-shirts

Does anyone know where I can get a black swat style shirt that says CORRECTIONS OFFICER? I have searched all over the web and I haven't seen a single site. I would love to get one to wear on hospital guard or if I was called in last minute.

CafePress.com : Create, Buy and Sell Unique Gifts, Custom T-Shirts and More

Search for corrections. They have hundreds of shirts, etc.

Is that attire authorized by your department? If so, kinda cool. Our department would have a kitten if we showed up in anything but the very limited uniform variations that we have.

Re: Corrections Officer t-shirts

Ha, my agency has 3 uniform options. One is a blue/darkblue uniform shirt with badge that only a few senior staff wear. Next is a black bdu set up, again only a few have this. The one most wear is a grey polo with our badge embroidered on it (my avatar pic) and black bdu pants. But if I was to be called in last minute or go to do hospital guard (overtime) or whatever no one would say anything. I worked there for a month before I was finally given my uniform shirts. Everything else I have bought...boots, pants, duty belt and accessories. I have seen one deputy walk in with a black shirt with DEPUTY in white on both front and back. He came in off duty to catch a visitor passing contraband. I also seen a corporal wear an old tshirt with the agancy name on it.
I wouldn;t make it my primary uniform. Just something to wear off duty to show occupational pride, and like I said, if I was coming in last minute.

Re: Corrections Officer t-shirts

I finally found a site with a great one. Policetees.com - T-shirts, Patches, Pins, Collectibles and Gifts for Law Enforcement has a raid style shirts that says CORRECTIONS, which I bought. They also have decals and novelty license plates with the thin blue line, and a strand of barbed wire through it for CO's. I bought this as well. Finally a site that shows us some repsect and gives us some merchandise.

Hey! Not to dampen your fire, but be careful where you display that stuff at. Putting stuff like that on your car, like the vanity plate you mentioned, can make your car a target. When I go somewhere, especially with the family, the CO stuff usually stays home.

I'll also add, the only stuff usually on my person, except for stuff left in the vehicle for call out emergencies, is a weapon or two and credentials. That's it.
