Looking for NY State CO

I am searching for a good friend and colleage of mine who is (?) a Corrections Officer in the Auburn NY area. Tom Short is a CO and was part of the ACOAP (association of corrections officers against privatization), a NY based group of CO's fighting the threat of state prisons being privatized back in the 1990's.
