Harris is good guy and a very fair and approachable Lt. He actually just picked up his GL-11 and is the SHU Lt this Quarter. I wish I had more time to hang out this him, he seems like he'd be fun to party with.

This is my first instituition, if that is what your asking. No I'm not originally from SD, I grew up in Oregon, and spent my formative years down here while in the Marine Corps. Loved it so much that I've never left.
