They could have done it with a little more foresight and implementation time. The folks here aren't being to particular, and we have been trying to ensure thats it's fair as possible between Management and the rest of staff. But the Warden is holding all management to a higher standard to clear then he is the rest of staff.. It's still a little irritating at times but we're trying to work it out.
Our biggest problem is Friday nights and Weekends Day watch when we have the inmate visitors around.
