Famous People In Prison

Ok, we have a lot of different prisons and jails etc. represented on this site...well, I know we have all seen them, either come for a stay or come to visit an inmate....tell us all who you have seen, i.e. a movie star, a musician, etc. in your jail or prison.....

I'll start, Barbara Walters to interview Timothy McVeigh-POS

Woody Harrelson came to visit his Dad when he came up on court writ to FCI Englewood. Woody did not seem to care for Law Enforcement.

Former NFL lineman for the Arizona Cardinals, Keith London. I guess not extremely famous, but here in Arizona yeah. He was released, and looks like he violated his parole. haha. Biggest human I've ever seen.

Also inmate Vickers was somewhat of a celebrity here. Not that many of you all have heard of old Bonsai.

I worked the medical ward where John Gotti was housed a few times if you want to call a POS like that famous. I also saw his daughter, Victoria, when she came to visit. Great body, not so good face.

Cool Re: Famous People In Prison

BB King played a concert inside FCI Miami about (?) 10+ years ago.
A bunch of would-be racist inmates, vowing not to go see him, just couldn't resist "da blues". They wandered over, stood in the back and, before the show was over ... were rockin out along with EVERYONE else. I aint much of a blues fan, but I'll raise a glass to BB anytime I hear him.

Stay safe

Wayland Jennings came to visit an inmate that had wrote some songs for him. He came on a non-visiting day so they had the room to themselves. He was one of the dirtiest looking scumbags I think I have ever seen walk in the front door!

Tammy Faye Bakker, when she'd come to visit her hubby Jimmy. Nice lady, always polite and smiling to us. I had to use the hand held metal detector on her once. She had a dress on that had all sort of chains across the front. She apologized to me for not thinking before she wore the dress in. A true lady as far as I'm concerned.

More Louisiana politicians than I can count.

Nate Newton. Deion Sanders and a few other former Cowboys came to visit him several times.

Adrian Peterson's father. We had ESPN trucks lined up on the road (and several reporters tried to sneak in).

Bernie LaZar Hoffman, aka Tony Alamo. They don't get any more "cult leader" than this guy. While he was incarcerated here they established a stronghold in a local town, and he's still living in the area.

During the Bernie Hoffman era, we also had one of the Blackwood Brothers. Tax fraud or something; I don't recall.

Former Chief of the Choctaw Nation, for sexually abusing tribal employees, and there were also some financial improprieties IIRC.

Former Texas Attorney General. He was a captain's orderly.

Several Republic of Texas members. We still have 4 of them, I think.

Many many more who were infamous or famous in their local area, but maybe not nationally.
