Re: Dirty Staff

I began corrections at BCCC at texarkana in 1997 and in my class was a girl who I thought was a good officer, because she handled her business with the inmates until one day she told the shift she was leaving for personal reasons. PERSONAL REASONS FOR SURE: she married an inmate two weeks later after she quit who was released a month earlier. The whole time she had everybody fooled. DTA "DON'T TRUST ANYONE"

In my 15 yrs I have seen lot's walked out: 4 female CO's, 1 female PO, 1 female canteen officer, 1 female shop boss, 1 female food service officer, 1 Roman Catholic Priest, and 1 male Librarian that was caught giving oral to a con in the cleaner's closet. Those are the ones I remember, I could have missed a couple.

Re: Dirty Staff

What surprises me the most is what it takes to get rid of a dirty staff. Jesus has to come down and write an affidata on a stone tablet to get that person gone. Hey but lets let them resign because the press does not care about that!

Fire them if you must and put them in jail if you can. ALL dirty staff hurts us. If they are dirty and say they are your friend, they lied. A real friend would never put his/her friend/co-worker in a tight spot. Don't comprimise my integerity and I won't have to turn you in for being dirty.

Re: Dirty Staff

You are so right. I do not know how many dirty staff received support all the way out the door and then those supporters act like they hated the person. Get out of here with that..if you support a dirty staff you better be sure of yourself and take a ribbing if caught with egg on your face.
