Worst in the BOP

Since there's a thread dedicated to the best, why not the worst in which many have come along with during their career? There have been some Lt's I have worked for which have been utterly disgraceful, incompetent, and do not understand the term 'lead by example'.
Let me start with Ray Holt. I believe he's a Reg. Director somewhere, but this Lt. (at the time), played the 'race' card, and looked to hang staff whenever he could. Brown-nosers in the Bureau should look up to him to set the example.

Yes, Ray Holt is the RD for the Southeast region. What a mess he has made of this region.

Also, I get sick and tired of hearing about how he was a "great" Cowboys football player in his hey day.

Here's a name for you LT R. Flick, got sent to us on a disicpline due to some buisness with a secretary in Milan (I think). He had to retire for doing the same thing here, how he got to be a LT is beyond me this man was as dumb as a brick. He got caught sending explicite(sp?) e-mails to a religous services employee. How he got caught is a laugh, she told him to quit so, being afraid she is turning him in he goes to the Warden and turns himself in .

She was more shock the others when she was called in to SIS for a interview.

The absolute worst I encountered in my 23 year stint was the current Safety Manager at FCC Lompoc, Dan Flint. He would never lift a finger to help anyone in his office, always taking government trips and leaving 2 safety specialists to operate the safety program for the entire complex.

He is pure politician and hopefully, one of these days it will catch up to him. Could be as soon as next program review. If they send in a REAL review team. There is absolutely no way for 2 people to inspect, document, meet county and state requirements, issue cleaning supplies, provide escorts to recycling bins, unit inspections for meal rotations every month of the year.

The department started with a total of 8 individuals and through budget cutbacks and lack of leadership has dwindled down to 3, one of which feels he is above the menial tasks of performing routine daily tasks to help his workers.

The office is in complete shambles, everyone working there is looking for a way out. I really feel for them, knowing how much we went through when there were 4 of us there and we were barely able to keep our head above water.

They did pretty good on their last program review. Of course the Bureau sent a team that would turn their back to a major find to keep ACA, who accompanied the team, happy and compliant.

No, they divorced shortly after arriving at Lompoc. He is remarried and its falling apart already.

Forgot to mention this is his second wife since his divorce from MaryAnn...lol

Ha, sorry about that one, but you guys did send us Marcus Johnson. At least Flickster was only dumb, Johnson was dirty. At least we got him, even though he only did a few months.
