As a Lt. it would have to be Johnnie Carr, I think he's a AW in Brooklyn now. Capt has to be Walter Wood dont know where he is now. Anyone who has worked with these 2, I'm sure will agree.

I haven't been around long enough to have a leader that I believe would be the worst in the bureau, but I have heard stories about Flick. Sounds like he was a real winner!!

Al Herrera, Warden at USP Lompoc.

Dishonest, inmate lover (of Mexicans mainly), stole from government, slept with female staff.

I can't think of a staff member whom I loathe more than this man (Besides those that have been walked out or convicted). Whenever people talk about how bad their supervisors were, I mention this man. I cant imagine somebody could be worse

I never met him but man have I heard stories of what a p.o.s Carr was! His brother retired from Spg and was a good straight up dude.

worst warden in the country BILL HEDRICK!!!!The most hated man everywhere he had been. He had our sort team guarding him 24 hours a day for months.

I was lucky to have left LOM before Herrera ruined a perfectly good institution. All I ever heard about the man was bad. It is a shame because LOMPOC had a good run of three good wardens in a row prior to him.

Herrera, B. Lockhart, and Haro, were the three-headed monsters of West. Region. Nice too see them gone.

They started giving him outstanding evals so that he could transfer.

What does it take to become the worst in the BOP. I would figure that staff that get walked out are truly the worst in the BOP. or better yet, the worst of the BOP.

Some folks manage to get to the positions in which they are allwoed to retire vice being fired. Harrow, Herrera, are two names that come to mind.

This Flama aka **** Fick is by far the worst person on earth . He was involved in a major flama side involving a Milan mayors wife. It looks like karma caught up with him.
