Awesome offer!! I would normally have said that I would never expect to need the offer, but after what I've witnessed happen to Movementarian I can certainly see the need for this service. What happened to Movementarian has completely destroyed my trust in the management of this institution and the agency. Our warden is nothing more than a puppet controled by the bureau, he will do whatever it takes to better himself and his agenda. All right,.

Almost all of the personal decisions are made at Grand P, actually the Wardens have little in put anymore....
Remember, the BOP is trying to run like a business now, that's why you don't have kuckledragger wardens anymore they are those cheeky Corporate types.
Keep the facility in the black and the inmates happy....

I have extensive knowledge of the MSPB, from all sides. I have defended CO's/Lieutenant's before the MSPB, I have acted for the agency against CO's/Lieutenants before the MSPB, and I beat the MSPB as a defendant.

I will assist anyone who needs help. However, understand this, if you were/are involved with a convict, brought something into the facility for an inmate or any other act which could have or did place a brother or sister CO in danger I will not help you.
I will not and do not charge for this help and the help may be nothing more than suggesting what or where you should go next or it may be as much as me writing your responses or acting as your representative before the MSPB........
It doesn't have to all be displayed on this site. You can PM me or e-mail..........

Let me say this also. If you get into the crap contact someone BEFORE it goes to MSPB, often times we can nip it in the bud at the institutional level.

If I'm out of line I'm sorry after all I am a FNG LOL

Hey Darkman, I have been at SPG for 19 years so I know I know ya, but not 100% sure who you are though I have an idea? I wont give away you ID but are you the SIA that married a captains secretary?

That is the kind of SIA that institutions need. We have to many SIAs trying to make a name for themselves at the Officers expense. From my experience before the BOP the IA investigators are there to work for the officers side from the beginning and then if it comes out in the evidence the Officer is dirty then they are gone. However, I have found in the BOP that they are against the officer and just out to burn people. Darkman, I don't think many of your type exist in the IA office anymore.

That was always the way I approached it. Let's clear the officer, consider everything, the situation, the officer's state of mind **** everything I could.

STORY TIME:
Had an officer at Springfield, older officer working a unit with a rookie. well the folgers adams keys for the unit came up missing. Well guess who's chit was on the frigging keys? The rookie of course. I talked to the rookie he swears that he didn't loose the keys. I believed him. I call the older officer in and he swears that the rookie had the keys the last time he knew. (I should add I called the older officer at home as he was on his day's off) We search the unit, I check snitches... nothing... I still believed the rookie, so when the older officer the POS!!!! came back to work I sit him down and ask him about the keys, he denies ever even seeing the keys. He's a frigging liar. I can tell. Long story short after keeping the older officer in my office interviewing him for over 10 hours (over the span of two days) he finally admits he took the keys home and didn't want to get in trouble so he denied everything. Damn that pissed me off that rookie officer had a wife and two small kids and this "older" POS tried to hang his ass for the missing keys. I will tell you one thing I have never came as close to punching an Officer as I did that POS.....
I told both officer's, the older officer in particular, "if the ketys appear, no harm no foul" still he denied everything.
I will add that over the 10 hours at least 6 of it was doing nothing more than asking him the very same three questions over and over again.....
