I think the weenie rubbing depends on the situation.

If you have a MH inmate in lock up and they beat it all day and night, yeah, you will see something.

But no female officers should have inmates running around on their open housing units beating meat (for public display - not privately ) all day long, during count, in the showers, etc.

We wouldn't allow an inmate to run around the housing unit saying the "N" word to staff, so we shouldn't allow them to beat the meat for staff, either.

Now, I know sometimes you can use psychology when you catch an inmate acting inappropriately.

I had a male inmate at the county jail who was nicknamed "Choco-Late".

He was a six foot, five inch tall muscle bound crook who was build like a weight lifter.

Well, he was also pretty MH. "Loco".

He came out of his cell one time on my housing unit wearing nothing but his tighty whities and he had a huge erection.

He stood out watching TV with the other inmates looking to see what I would do.

As this was a GP unit, no one ever did anything like this before.

So I scolded "Choco-Late" like his mother would have and told him he could not come out to watch TV unless he was fully dressed.

He was embarrassed and went back inside his cell to put his clothes on.

But some inmates you can't reason with so they need to be locked up.

NCDOC... Inmates even attempting this are hit with serious Seg time, however, this rests on the sergeant's knowledge of policy. I know some don't always keep up with the specifics and thats where the meat of policy lies.

the BOP locks them up and gives them their DS time....... if it was a stalker, they do a threat assessment and send them packin somewhere else...... as far as I been around it in the BOP they usually always protected the female in the joints I been at

We had a really bad one at FCI EL Reno, he would draw pictures of female staff with their uniforms on and off, he would even put their name tag on their shirts, then he would draw them with him doing horrible things to them....well, to make a long story short, he would carry around his notebook with the pictures and would stuff things in his pants because he walked around with a hard on all day and didn't want people to know...we had a hardcore Lt. that ripped him a new one and put him in the hole, well, low and behold he was released the next day because this notebook he was carrying and the off the wall stuff he was doing, was his "therapy" so Psychology said!! It took an act of God and others to get this POS transferred out...

A female staff at this joint caught an inmate drawing pictures of her (in a compromising position)....administration locked him up and shipped him to another facility. I think it depends on who you report it to and the knowledge they have when it comes to pervs like this.

This depends on the institution and the admin. A friend of mine had a stalker in her unit that was inaproperate and the admin did nothing, but when the slug pulled the same stunt with a female that was not line staff, they sent him strait to the hole..... The old double standard, if your in custody you are expendable......

Most females at my prison must get flattered by such attention?! Most of them say nothing and do nothing about it. Some come to work dressed even more provocatively after finding out that inmates are whacking their wangoes for them. I guess some think they are causing the poor inmates to suffer from blue balls and cock torture? It's a "look but don't touch" approach they must be using? Was there a separate class for the females at Glynco that trained them in this cruel and inhumane treatment of inmates? I wonder how many inmates have filed on females for causing them to suffer blue balls and throbbing penis syndrome (TPS)? It's completely shameful!
