Sorry, I didn't realize you needed a copy (you may have mentioned it, but I'm old and I forget things). I've had a copy since 2004, when we filed a failure-to-negotiate ULP over LEOSA (we lost at FLRA).

I just didn't realize that the '95 version was the most recent.

I don't need a copy. I think that Congressman in Florida who's sponsoring the H.R. 5674 Correctional Officer Safety Act of 2008 may need to get it from one of his constituents, or at least from someone in his state.

If no one does so in the next few days, a certain Missouri Resident may have to take it upon himself to.
