LEOSA is a statute, not a constitutional right. Congress & the President can repeal it.

Besides, there's still plenty of damage that can be done from a regulatory aspect. Remember the the 1994 assault weapons/high-capacity/bayonet lug ban that was allowed to expire in 2004?

With a Supreme Court packed the wrong way it won't take much to get a new case before the court which reverses Heller. Plessy v. Ferguson was reversed by Brown v. Board of Education. So it's happened before.
