The Missouri Highway Patrol is trying a new device that will detect meth with only the click of a button







It's called a flashlight.

We have the same device at MY institution!!

It works GREAT! But here it finds things like hooch, knives, drugs, escape items, and all kinds of contraband. It even acts like an insurance policy! It insures the inmates are there when you count!

It is such a wonderful device.

There is one down side to it though... You have to walk it around and point it at things in order for it to work properly. Some haven't quite got the hang of that part yet.

For some of us old timers that do know how to use one it works miracles!

Well, yeah, except noone was home to laugh with or at me (and the kids were all sleeping). AND I had NOT been drinking. lol

In fact, since hubby went to evenings, I haven't had a glass of wine one! So can I blame him for my drinking?

I laughed because I pictured a police car driving around with the cop flicking his flashlight off and on at cars. Then BOOM and "Yep, that there was a meth lab. Control this is car 3892, explosion on highway XY. Another meth lab detonated."

See, if only you all could see inside my head. You would laugh a lot too!

Why yes you can....since he isn't home you don't need the alcohol to calm your nerves...it's the only keeping you from killing him...LOL

That is scary cause that is something I would picture, bust out laughing about and then have Gunner and the kids looking at me like I was crazy or something...
