Newbie here
Hello. 6 year officer from NJ. Started the first year of my career in the county jail and moved to state after a year there. Dont mind the job, but the pay and benefits is why i am where i am. Passed up 2 local street jobs because the money wasnt there. Anyhow, glad to be here. Hope to contribute often.

I've heard Jersey DOC pays very well compared to other states such as myself here in NC. I think you guys about double our pay.
