I'm not condoning that, but at least he got some bucks (plus prison). We had one dumb ass male co who brought in perfume and female junk for an inmate here years ago and dummy didn't even get a kiss on the cheek or anything for efforts and had to quit or be fired. He was so goofy you knew he was not going to make it past his probation.

Now, if only another region I know of would get into doing the same thing and start cleaning out the dirty ones. I hate seeing this kind of thing. It reflects badly on an already maligned profession.

We just had a Food Service worker ousted out of here, tobacco, porn, cell phones, weed and who knows what else. Just forced to resign. He would be the 4th one in three years.

Tobacco is not allowed in any prison in my state
and staff are not allowed to use in on duty.
While in our academy they give you a hand out
titled "downing the duck" that describes how an inmate starts by asking for something small but ends in him blackmailing you into bringing him in bigger and better contraband after he gets his hooks in you.Just say no,their not your friends their convicted felons.
