People get out of commitments all the time. That's why divorce exists. Sometimes people try new things, and they don't work out, be it marriage, the military, or anything else. Are you saying that they shouldn't even try to begin with to avoid being punished later?

Admit it, you couldn't handle the military that's why you left.

Point being that it isn't play time. It's for real. Try and talk a shank out of an inmates hand. Try and talk an inmate out of his cell when he is sure that aliens are talking to him. Try listening to an inmate who just started his time and is at a loss on what to do, who to turn to, if his life is worth living.

But, the person who coined the word "rape" SPECIFICALLY INTENDED for it to be used to mean to force someone to have sex. You can't just use one word for several completely different crimes.

Actually, rape means forcing someone to have sex, not having sex with someone whom you have power over. They are two different crimes. You can't use the same word for two (or three, in this case) unrelated crimes-rape either means forcing someone into sex, or having sex with someone whom you have power over, or having sex with someone who lacks the mental capacity to consent. Pick one.

So in your opinion there is only one kind of force? Force can not be implied?

Any man can cause a woman problems for refusing to have sex with him and coerce her into it. That does not make all sex rape by default. That's just silly. Just because the government considers anything and everything "rape" to cater to the PC crowd, that doesn't make it true. Political correctness run amuk in this country-pretty soon, ANY sex will be legally considered rape because (insert excuse of the month here); courtesy of the feminazis and religious right. Yes your right every correctional officer is completely trained before hand to talk an inmate out of his cell, to talk a knife out of an inmates hands. Your completely right. I'm sure you'll make an excellent Correctional Officer. You will be so highly trained that you will be able to disarm an inmate with no problem.

This going round and round is getting old.....I'm moving on to something else.....maybe if there is no one here to argue with they will go away...........there are nine pages of trying to make this one understand and/or learn something.......sometime you just have to give up and let them learn the hard way.
