Some POS ex-CO screwed a mentally handicapped female inmate, was sentenced to 18 months in jail. Bunch of us are disgusted with the guy (rightfully so). Dingleberry (Desperate) thinks we're a bunch of morons because we're pissed at the guy and for calling what he did rape. Oh yeah and dingleberry wants to be one of us too. He even quit the Army so he could do it.

Arguing for argument sake.............He is right and we are wrong.

He (desperate) was DQ'ed due to the fact that he joined the military..and sometime during AIT decided that he didn't like it. The military offered to change his MOS from doing IT work to something else..took the seperation instead............now wants to be a CO with his CJ degree. He thinks we are discriminating against him becasue of his little mistake, but he really left the military "for them" (whatever that means).

Now he has a mad on, and is constantly giving us lessons on what the dictionary meaning of words like rape is.....he doesn't really care what the LAW says...the dictionary is what counts.

I am a bully because I told him if he came in front of me on an interview panel I would DQ him also for failing to complete his committment to the military..........among other things!!!!

Actually darkman, take the time to read both this thread and the one in general corrections about his military time and all the bad people we have here on the forum................you will enjoy........it should take you back to some of your investigations of idiots (both inmate and staff)

Why oh why is the inmate a "slut"? You do realize that there is just as likely a chance that she did not consent to having sex with him as there was that she consented. Even if she did consent that does not make her a slut. For all you know they were in love and were going to get married as soon as she got out.

You're calling what he did "rape" based on the sole grounds that what he did was illegal. Sorry, that doesn't cut it. The defintion of rape HAS ALREADY BEEN ESTABLISHED as forcing someone to have sex, (long before our current legal system even existed) not having sex that happens to be illegal. Otherwise, we'll have to refer to prostitution, homosexuality, adultery, and fornication as rape too, and give actual rape a different term. It could be that she didn't have the mental facilities to give consent which would make it rape. In that he was an officer his having sex with her if she agreed or not isn't an issue. The mere fact that he held power over her makes it rape. Maybe not through physical means or threats. The government would consider his position over her as intimidation maybe she agreed because she believed that if she said no would cause her problems because he was an officer.
Now I'm not quite the word smith you are, my friend, I'm just an old retired hasbeen knuckle dragger. Although my experience tells me that if you ever did get a position in a prison you wouldn't last 3 months.

STORY TIME:
Working as operations Lieutenant at USP Lompoc. had this probie assigned to F unit as the number #2 officer on the 2PM to 10PM watch. He was one of the educated penis heads. Always walking around telling everyone that they were wrong about this or that. He screwed up in the unit, don't even remember what he did but the number one sent him down to me. I was talking to him trying to straighten him out when he told me that I was a stupid Coc*sucker. Now I might be stupid about a lot of things but working in a prison isn't one of those things. I fired him on the spot. Took his Id card and chits and had my Activities Lieutenant walk him out. I told him to call personal in the morning for his paperwork.
Course I got a call from Captain Brew bright and early the next morning. I answered the phone with him saying "who the **** told you that you had to power to fire people?" I explained it to him and he seemed okay. I hung up and immediately got a call from the personal officer. He was trying to yell at me. I stopped him explained the situation and told him. " I fired the MF'er it's your job to do the paperwork." and hung up. good thing I had **** Rison as a warden cause he and Brew backed the whole thing and the Probie remained fired. I tell this story to make you understand it doesn't take fancy words or desire to work in a prison. It takes people skills, prue and simple. Your average Correctional Officer can and does talk more **** than any inmate ever could. A Correctional Officer stops more **** with his verbal skills than any policy, SORT team or warden ever has. It's the day to day walking and talking that runs the prison and if you come up in there talking like your an educated, something better than the lowly convict the odds would be even who would do you first the Correctional Officers of the convicts. Simply put look else where for a position, stay out of prisons cause you'll only get a good hack hurt trying to protect your ass.
