Workplace misbehavior? This offender is a ward of the state. Sex or misconduct of ANY KIND, be it sexual or any type of relationship is forbidden. Consensual sex with an offender is Rape I in Oklahoma. I would call that a little more than workplace misbehavior. Do you feel the same way about a 25 year old man raping a 15 year old girl? I would bet you don't.. however, they are one in the same.

Again.. not only was this an offender.. but a mentally ill one. I don't claim to know the specifics.. but I would wager that taking advantage of a mental ill person is a hell of a lot easier than a non-mentally ill one. I don't see how you can call this consensual sex. Lets say this offender had the IQ of a 10 year old.. would that make it ok to have sex with her if she was actually 10 and still consented? No.. it would not.
