i am not YET in Corrections but i still have some of these "moisture wicking" shirts. but none of the $25 UA's.

the Walmart ones are OK, but for the $ i like the Champion brand from Target. they are a dollar or two more, but work much better. there is a big difference, i swear.

also look at Kohl's & Marshalls/TJMax and you can find Champion and Russell Athletics (also better than Walmart's brand) for $7 to $10 a piece.

Re: Under Armour-style t-shirts

I had 5 starters i got at wal mart for $5.00 each, and they went right out in the garbage. If you sweat like I do, there is NO brand that will wick it away effectively and not stink like a cesspool. I actually had surgery for sweating it was so bad. They call it HyperHydrosis and they cut the sympathetic nerves in my back. Had I known i would be in a vest for 25 years (i got it in 1998) I would have dealt with just sweating from my head.

I wear under armour and love it. I only had one problem. One day at work my shirt came over my pants and my under armour shirt was showing and some girl I work with saw it. She swore is was spandex and insisted I was gay for wearing spandex. She was just busting my balls, of course.

I have the same problem and going bald. Kill two birds with one stone and comb that back hair over the chrome dome....Works good except if I lean my head too far forward.....have some more growing to do to fix that.
