For what it's worth, we have a CO at my joint that was on an amphetamine based ADD drug when he got hired so I don't see why you'd have a problem. I'm not on anything but listening to all of the fun ya'll are having on antidepressants is making me depressed.

1/4 our staff is on some kind of drug. I would not worry about it. There are a lot of laws to protect people who take drugs for medical reasons. I wish I had some.

Of course I do not. I was being sarcastic. Sometimes it is necessary to take them and when people do it is not them end of the world nor is it a big deal as it use to be.

I've been on Zoloft for years. I do find it has a 'life' of its own in me, meaning it stops being effective about two years after beginning it. But honestly, its the only one which has allowed me to feel like myself and still be as productive as I am. It has an anti anxiety in it so it covers several bases at the same time.

Re: Can medication be disqualifying ??

I don't know anymore. It used to be more of an issue than it is now. I'm diabetic, I take insulin, and other diabetic drugs. Diabetes has an effect on a person's thought processes, so I have been told, or so I have read. So, far I am still working, as are a few others who have to be on the needle.
