You should see the chick that is lightin' Mick up.. When she does and Ikkyo overhead chop move, and has him sawed to the ground.. after applying that C clamp to the shoulder to transition to the armbar.. BWHAHAHAHAH she is tweaking him up gooooood! Driving that knee into the back of the neck as well.. need to get some pics.

Yeh Yeh Yeh I am getting tweaked by my partner. I have many bruises over my shoulder and nice little cherries on my face..BUT when she went to grab Cory, i tell you that is the quickest i have seen anyone get off a mat and run away screaming like a little school girl

I was teaching a class two years ago during annual training to staff here at the joint. At the time I was the only self defence instructor we had, so I used class partisipation for demonstrations. I asked our chaplin to assist me on a move, to which he agreed. Now our chaplin is very pro active when it come to body alarms and diving on a pile with the line staff. I told him that we were going to go only about half speed on the demonstration, becaues we have never trained together. He said he understood. As I was demonstrating the said move, this 150lb nutcase chaplin jumps on top of me like a deranged ferrett, knocking us both to the floor. Needless to say, my fellow staff members were shocked by his outburst that they all stood up and egged the man of the cloth on, kill the instructor, (nice guys I work with). Over the three or four seconds that the chaplin was giving me my what for, I was thinking. Kick the chaplins ass, go to hell. The chaplin kicks your ass, staff laugh at you. After what seemed like nine months, I shucked the chaplin off of me, into which he recieved a standing ovation. I still get ribbed about it to this day. It's not easy being me.

Does he still crank the heat up to past 100 degrees. So you can feel the burn???

Lillard was busy with other stuff during our week of self defense so we had some other master. But the class this week gets Lillard and Nixon together and I think another Master instructor. They had the heat turned up some,but toward the end they emtnioned they turned it down alittle due to people sweating and losing grips.

I sweat like a pig too. My partner lost her grip afew times from me being sweaty and this was after I had wiped down my arms and hands with the towel

They are taking it easy on you all nowadays. The heat never got turned down when I went through SD. If you lost your grip it just taught you to grip tighter.

Lillard and nixon must be taking it easy on you all. Tell them you want to crank it up a notch and do the custody/control with the cleet class.
