Sunbathing Thugettes
For the sake of argument, I'll refer to this as a "rumor."

Rumor is, the Warden at Federal Prison Camp, Alderson West Virginia issued a memorandum detailing when, where, and in what attire thugettes shall be authorized to sunbathe within the confines of said "Club Fed" gulag.

Inmates can go to the yard. Either one has to require a standard thug uniform that will not be deviated from. (Best Option.) Or, restrict where the thugs can be half naked. (Worst Option but better slightly than no control.)

At the state joint I worked, inmates where all the time sunbathing, it was a male facility so no one really cared, we called the rec-yard "Peter Beach".

I guess this would require us to know what exactly they would be authorized to wear while sunbathing.....I know they do it at the .... LOL ....... "Peter Beaches", but still have to maintain a certain dress.

Maybe I could run the rec yard as a CO wearing my Speedo!!! LMAO
And work on my tan as well!!

How is THAT for a visual!! LOL

IbeSarcasm, which facility are you at? I just graduated the academy. Only really got to do PPCT at fourmile and searched Skyline (whoope!)
Enjoyed the range though.
