perimeter patrol, is by far to me the worst post. When I was a c/o, I hated it with all my soul....lol. I never understood how anyone could do it and like it, I still have that wonderment.

Now, my favorite post was: housing unit officer. lets get it on.....lol!

Now that is probably the best story you have told. Never heard you tell that one.

I hated any post where I couldn't get out and get into trouble!!! I hated Front Entrance and the Barber Shop.....If I couldn't get in someones business it was a bad day for me!!

I usually don't share too much of the job with my wife, but I had to call her over and let her read that one.

The look on her face made it obvious that some things are only funny if you've been there, and even then only if it happened to someone else.

1. Any SHU post, too many damn cameras to get the job done
2. Visiting Room- bunch of screamin' lil crumb catchers, QUIET TIME dammit
3. suicide watch every since I got yelled at for booing the inmate up about doing it
4. dry cell- I don't change diapers and I sure as hell ain't playing with crap
5. any post that I can not prop my feet up, recline the chair, and enjoy the fruits of my labor
6. any post where my partner is lazier than me! Freakin scabs

I used to love hassling the visitors when I was on perimiter patrol. I would wait until they parked in a non-visitor spot and when they walked part way to the main gate I would make them go back and move their car to the visitor parking which is waaaaay at the back of the lots lol.
