Post Academy

My wife had to go home the second day of training. She has a Ticket from the city pound for her dog breaking the neighbor’s fence and getting out to the front. My wife wasn't sure if the the citation was civil, misdermeanor, or criminal and told the instructor what she had. The instructor told she would have to take care of it by paying it off or showing it in payments made status. They told her if she paid it off to fax them the receipt and they would have to review her application over again and she would have to take a future academy training date. This was a big bummer to my wife. It seems she always has an obstacle in her way. So I have questions has anyone experienced this, and has she really jsut been eliminated for the job? If not what are the odds of her beginning the academy we just faxed over the receipt?
