Blevins,

I'm going to be as gentle as I can, but man, I'm sorry to tell you but from what I've read your better off staying at Target and getting into Loss Prevention. Target has a really large LP staff nationwide and as you move up with the company are very well trained. I worked with the LP guys up in the Corporate office a few years ago when I the Project Manager doing a fiber optic upgrade in the stores.

But like MOVE has said, you're all over the place with what you want do. Pick a field (corrections, security, car washing, etc...), go back to school and at least get an Assoc. degree in something, anything but work towards that degree. It's not reasonable to assume that you'll go from unboxing cereal to supervising offenders without relevant experience or education of some kind.
