While federal guidelines call for a life sentence after a murder has taken place, it is my opinion and hope that your daughters sentence will be reduced. When you read the posts on this subject, there have been a lot of level headed people who have responded. I tried to let your above post slide with no response from me but I just can't. So if I need to be admonished for this post then so be it. I TOOK ALL OF YOUR POSTS IN TOTALITY before I posted my original response to you. You did threaten federal officers and you did in my opinion slander federal officers. It is good to hear you do not think James Raby is a coward. Especially since he graduated from a US Military Service Academy and served this country with distinction an honor as a military officer. I was wrong, you were calling James and Kennedy cowards. If people were "threatened", then yes if the FACTS warrant it, the "threats" should be looked into. Who cares who is more emotional? Your daughter is former federal officer serving a life sentence! I would hope you would win the emotional category each time when it comes to her.

You started a thread you called "Erin is Innocent! Speak up!" under the Erwin Sharma forum.

I will never get an answer but what also prompted me to reply to your post was this line in your above post, you stated " It is rather odd and familiar how you have twisted my words into attacks on Kennedy and James". Your words do not need twisting, you meant what you said when you said them.

10-4, everyone has their own opinion, If it is good enough for you.... For me, I waited 2 weeks and after still seeing the derogatory posts that were going to be removed by sskatelady on 02-01-2010, still posted, I made my post( #113) to this thread on 02-15-2010, to set the record straight. I was the one accused of twisting her words in regards to Kennedy and James after her other posts. After all, how could I have posted the" deleted" posts of sskatelady from two weeks ago if she deleted them as she said she was going to do? I personally know the people sskatelady made the outrages comments against, To date she has not delete the comments as she said she would do. And now it is good enough for me....

I don't know how much truth there is with her alleged "conspiracy" to kill Delano. My only problem with all of this is her alleged comments by saying "You're a dead man". If that's true and then that's totally unprofessional. Second, to claim that she treated inmates "like her kids" is bordering on undue familiarity. Wait and see...
