BOP packet

OK. I got my 43 page packet e-mailed to me yesterday. And I have got some of it filled out. One thing I wanted to ask. Do I have to have a landline phone in my home or can I put down my cell phone. I have never had any need for a landline phone, I have always used my cell phone. The packet is 43 pages and some of the info they want will take me a while to find. But anyways, that is where I am right now in the hiring process.

P.S. How many interviews are their. Is it just the one interview or are their numerous ones. And how long after the interview process does it take to assume duty. Thanks.

Re: BOP packet

you dot need a land line but you must maintain a current working phone. this is also in your advantage. since they require us to have a phone, you can take the basic chagre off your taxes.

good luck

I have a gun you can use to put yourself out of the impending misery. I can't imagine having to start in this disaster that's call the Bureau of Prisons.

I can't imagine having to start in the Burro right now but try to make the best of it. It's not all bad.

Just treat the first year like basic training in the military and keep your head down, your mouth shut, and your eyes open.
Very soon you'll realize that it's rarely the inmates we must fear, but other staff with their own agendas.

Well said, Dark! I'd work a lot more day shift if there weren't so many Admin people running around screwing with people.
