BDU's or what?

What does the uniform for Fed prison look like? Or atleast McCreary USP's? I hope they arent like the ones I use to wear... they were actually airplane pilot shirts, and paper thin blue pants with a gray stripe down the leg. And as far as boots go, they just had to be a black tactical boot. I always wore the Galls boot, or the Bates Durashocks. Are hats part of the uniform? I know this is alot of questions but I am just excited about getting started.

They look like crap and are made by people who don't know how to stitch. It won't be long before we switch uniforms again. People all over the map are complaining about them since they fall apart after one wash. The pants fade, the pants wrinkle really bad, the pants collect lint, the pants tear at the crotch and inseam, and the creases unravel. The shirts wrinkle really bad and the sleeve cuffs tear off. Buttons fall off very easily and they too attract lint like a magnet. The new uniform is basically everything we didn't want in the BOP. They also make us look like cheap rent-a-cops and display no meaning of authority. The inmates are laughing at us now. It's a complete mockery.

And like our retired uniforms were that great. Those were the worst working uniform ever devised, with the exception of Navy Working Whites.

Good gawd !! We used to wear white shirts and gray poly slacks, people ! All I needed was a cheap apron and I would've given out haircuts. Or handed out Jeovhah's Witness brochures. Sheesh.
