So exactly what are you guys eating or taking to stay fighting fit? Is it working? What doesn't? Are you getting cut, big, "swole", etc? Since weight loss is almost 70% intake (or lack of) this will dominate whether you get down to your fighting weight.

Guinness is good for you. Only 100 calories a pint and it is chocked full of iron. Just ask the toucan.

I'm thinking of trying this new plan of your move. Approximately how much should one consume before and after a good workout of walking about 100 feet to the bar, and doing an amount of pull ups(to the bar).

My workout buddy and I generally stop when the bar runs out or closes. The record so far is 18 pints with a few shots of whiskey and port mixed in to round out the evening.

It's been about a year since I have done any serious drinking. There aren't many people here that I trust to go with and those that I do are light weights. If you can't drink five pints of Guinness, then switch to Captain and coke, then a shot of tequila, then snorkle an alco-pop, then a few more pints before stumbling home then I can't drink with you.
