Just wanted to take a sec to give a nod to all the AZ Cos out there. I'm 24 and I hope to be a rookie in about a month if all goes well, so any of you AZ Cos, in particular the females, out there that have any advice on how to best get through COTA or any information on the Lewis Complex feel free to advise away.

Glad to see more people from Arizona get on board. I have a few buddies out at Lewis Complex. I work at Florence Complex and have been at Cell Block 6 for about seven months. So yeah, I'm still kind of new. I'm not a female but that doesn't mean I can't give you a few pointers about COTA. It's not that bad of a place and if you keep your nose clean and stay under their radar then you should have no problems.

I passed all the PT stuff on the first try, it's not that hard to be honest. Just make sure you're in half way decent shape before you get to the academy.
