Lappin told us at his last recall at our joint that we are going to have to start producing receipts for our uniforms in order to get the full amount of uniform allowance.

i'm with bossman on this ready to get rid of these grey pants. of course the uniform i had to wear for the missouri DOC was three times as ****ty. At least they are finally getting the ball rolling I was getting tired of waiting.

seems to me this is a short turn around time for a complete uniform change, just 1 year. does anyone remember how long we had last time the uniform changed, im thinking it was like 2 years or longer and the only thing we changed then were the shirts.

USPBOB. Where did you pick up that avatar? My grandfather worked for them and Union Pacific until retirement from them. Brought back memories.

I remember that there was a one year grace period for switching over.

Meh. Looks like a cop uniform. I'd prefer black BDU's like Massachusetts DOC has- now those are badass uniforms.

And I wonder if we can get away with buying 5.11 Tactical's pleated khaki's as opposed to the Suburban/Uni-**** uniforms. The 5.11's are friggin' comfortable!
