I remember the OIG coming into AT saying we prosecute to the full letter of the law. Meanwhile we had several resignations over the years. I had to have a little internal chuckle as they spoke.

Ok, the way this reads to me, is exactly how I viewed this issue to begin with. The BOP is a screwed up mess, and the Executive staff can do what ever they want to an employee, with no repercussions. If you get in trouble and you are part of the good old boy club its all good, if you are not part of the club your fried. Im glad someone else sees it as well.

That's pretty much the size of it. But, you can require wardens to justify their actions.
